themarvelageofcomics: From TALES TO ASTONISH #40, here’s the opening splash page to the Ant-Man story by Jack Kirby and Sol Brodsky. I wonder if the tip of that title burst was cut off in the final printing, as it is here. Also, looking at it up close, you can see the original hand-lettering sketched onto the boards indicating that Dick Ayers was originally going to be inking this story.
